Annual Meeting of the Parish Council – 18 May 2026

The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council (formerly known as The Parish Council AGM) is a statutory annual meeting to be held in May.

Key tasks performed include:

• Election of the Chairman and Vice Chairman
• Chairman signs their declaration of acceptance of office.
• Appointment of Officers to committees, and working groups.
• Appointment of the Responsible Financial Officer (RFO)
• Appointment of the internal auditor.
• Review of Governance Documents
• Review of assets and insurance.
• Setting dates and times of the council meetings for the next year.

To be held at 7:00pm in Redford Village Hall. Members of the press and public are welcome and encouraged to join us.
